We are looking for a
Business Development Representative (BDR) to join the team and help us accelerate pipeline at Conversica. You will own top-of-funnel outreach and meeting generation across target accounts, with an initial emphasis on our Automotive vertical. You will create opportunities through outbound prospecting and fast follow up on events and partner lists, partnering closely with AEs and the CRO. Success is defined by consistent qualified meetings, healthy pipeline creation, and clean handoffs. What You’ll DoThe base salary range for this role is $60,000 – $70,000 per year, plus up to $25,000 in variable incentive pay. Salary is based on several factors such as location, relevant skills, and experience.
