- Own end-to-end AI delivery projects across EMEA, from discovery to optimization.
- Lead design and deployment of AI conversation models for agents and virtual agents (voice and chat).
- Establish delivery best practices and scale impact across international markets.
- Manage complex AI delivery engagements, keeping projects on track and aligned.
- Collaborate with ML, Data Science, Engineering, Product, PM, and Customer Success; advise customers during implementation.
- Help customers design, build, and QA their own models using Cresta Opera, our self-service platform.
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years in conversational design, conversational AI, or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience presenting complex solutions to enterprise executives.
- Experience with enterprise customer implementations/delivery roles.
- Experience with prompt engineering and Dialogflow CX; linguistics background preferred.
- Ability to own deliverables, timelines, and cross-functional coordination in fast-paced environments.
