Conversational Designer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end AI delivery projects from discovery to deployment and optimization.
• Design and deliver AI conversation models powering real-time coaching and virtual agents.
• Collaborate with ML/DS, Engineering, Product, PM, and Customer Success; be the primary contact.
• Align customers on solution design and enable them to build models with Cresta Opera.
• Lead model maintenance and performance tuning to ensure ongoing quality and measurable impact.
• Design virtual agents using flow-based, prompt-based, and hybrid architectures.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in conversational design, conversational AI, or bot development.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to drive alignment across stakeholders.
• Project management experience across multiple complex workstreams.
• Proven ability to own deliverables, timelines, and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience presenting complex solutions to customer stakeholders, including executives.
• Experience working with enterprise customers in implementation or delivery roles.
