- Understanding of conversation design, dialogue management, and CX metrics.
- Experience with RAG pipelines, evaluation frameworks, prompt design, and agent orchestration.
- Strong communication to bridge technical, design, and business audiences.
- Experience working directly with customers to translate needs into solutions.
- Background in consulting, pre-sales, or enterprise solution delivery.
