🎯 Requirements

- ITIL v4 Certification preferred.
- Experience in cloud-native ITSM (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- ITIL/ITSM evolution in DevOps, Agile, cloud-centric orgs.
- CMDB/IT Asset Management exposure is a plus; Major Incident Management is a plus.
