🎯 Requirements

  • ITIL v4 Certification preferred.
  • Experience in cloud-native ITSM (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • ITIL/ITSM evolution in DevOps, Agile, cloud-centric orgs.
  • CMDB/IT Asset Management exposure is a plus; Major Incident Management is a plus.
