  • Handle online requests from internal and external customers (pre/post-payment).
  • Channels: cases, emails and occasional phone calls.
  • Input transactions, send communications and process payments.
  • Run, analyze and provide reports to internal and external clients.
  • Collaborate with Front Office teams to deliver excellent service.
  • Run daily controls and coordinate with internal departments.
  • Adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements while serving clients.
  • Work well independently or in a team, in office or remote.

  • Experience in a busy client-facing team in financial services.
  • Passion for customer service and embedding it in team culture.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills to build relationships.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and not afraid to speak up if something is wrong.
  • Experience using MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and the internet.
