- Own technical implementation from kickoff to go-live for assigned customers.
- Conduct integration workshops to define payment flows, FX needs, and compliance obligations.
- Configure Convera APIs, webhooks, and authentication methods (OAuth2, PKI) for customer environments.
- Support ERP/treasury integrations (SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) for payment initiation and reconciliation.
- Deliver technical documentation, integration guides, solution runbooks, and configuration checklists.
- Validate compliance requirements including KYC, KYB, AML, PCI DSS.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
- 4-6 years in technical implementation or integration delivery in fintech/payments.
- Familiarity with PCI DSS, KYC, KYB, AML.
- Knowledge of ISO 20022 and global payment rails (SWIFT, ACH, SEPA, RTP).
- Experience with CRM/project tools: Salesforce, Smartsheet, JIRA.
- Excellent communication in English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese.
