ControlUp is growing, and we are looking for a highly motivated Global Talent Acquisition Lead to join our dynamic and forward-thinking HR team.

In this pivotal role, you’ll develop and execute strategic recruitment plans that attract top talent worldwide. You’ll partner with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs, leverage data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in our recruitment processes. Your expertise in global talent trends, employer branding, and diversity and inclusion will help us build a world-class, high-performing, and diverse workforce.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end hiring processes across departments, locally and globally.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth HR interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to craft tailored hiring plans for current and future needs.
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify trends, enhance recruitment strategies, and refine onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align hiring practices with organizational goals and strengthen recruitment infrastructure.
  • What You’ll Bring:

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a global tech company, ideally in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Proven ability to design and implement recruitment processes from scratch, including local and international hiring.
  • Extensive experience hiring diverse talent across disciplines, with a focus on R&D and GTM roles.
  • In-depth understanding of global market dynamics, particularly in regions like Israel, Europe, and the US
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with a knack for creative problem-solving and innovation.
  • Strong analytical skills, leveraging data and metrics to inform recruitment strategies.
  • A track record of partnering effectively with hiring managers at all levels.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English- this is a must.
