Maintain and troubleshoot industrial controls equipment
Provide electrical and controls support for production operations and maintenance, addressing downtime and safety concerns
Ensure plant automated equipment functions as designed
Perform minor PLC and HMI software changes and continuous improvement
Troubleshoot MES data transactions within PLC programs
Collaborate with engineers on deployment of new automated equipment

🎯 Requirements

2+ years hands-on controls experience
PLC programming and troubleshooting
Siemens TIA-Portal (Required)
Rockwell Studio 5000 (Required)
MES - PLC Product Tracking & Handshake/Data Programming (Required)
Keyence Barcode Scanner (Required)
Cognex Barcode Scanner (Required)
Electrical schematics reading/interpretation (Required)
