Point-to-point checkout and functional performance testing (FPT).
Diagnose issues across mechanical, electrical, network, and software layers.
Troubleshoot BACnet MS/TP/IP networks; device addressing and traffic analysis.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years hands-on BAS/HVAC controls experience.
Commissioning/troubleshooting DDC systems in occupied buildings.
Tridium Niagara AX/N4; Workbench; alarms/history.
BACnet MS/TP/IP; Modbus; ARCnet; basic IP networking.
OSHA 10/30; valid driver's license; NICET/LEED/EPA 608 a plus.
HS diploma/GED; Associate degree preferred or equivalent.
