Install, commission, troubleshoot, and service BAS/HVAC control systems.
Work hands-on with DDC controllers, field devices, and multi-vendor platforms.
Diagnose system issues, verify sequences of operation, and optimize energy performance.
Perform point-to-point checkout and functional performance testing (FPT).

🎯 Requirements

3+ years hands-on BAS, HVAC controls, or related field.
Experience commissioning, troubleshooting, and servicing DDC systems in occupied buildings.
Strong knowledge of Tridium Niagara (AX/N4) and other BAS platforms.
Familiar with BACnet MS/TP/IP, Modbus, ARCnet; basic IP networking.
High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
