Establish and own the control, protection, and automation philosophy for gas-fired plants.
Serve as final technical decision-maker for control system architecture and performance.
Define company-wide standards for DCS, PLC, SCADA and redundancies.
Define hierarchical control architecture for gas engines, PMS, and EMS.
Own PMS architecture and load dispatch, islanding, and control philosophy.
Define EMS strategies for energy dispatch and campus-scale systems.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Control, or Automation Engineering.
15+ years in power plant control, automation, or protection.
Experience with gas-fired reciprocating engines and/or gas turbines.
Led as a discipline lead or technical authority in owner/EPC/OEM contexts.
Deep expertise in DCS, PLC, SCADA; PMS and EMS architectures.
Strong understanding of plant dynamics, grid operation, and transients.
