🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years in data analytics, automation, or process transformation in Finance.
- Strong analytical skills; Python, SQL; BI tools like Alteryx/Power Platform.
- Experience using AI tooling (Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT) for finance problems.
- Knowledge of data governance and Controllership processes (O2C, P2P, R2R; ASC 606).
- Demonstrated PM capability: scoping, planning, delivery; stakeholder alignment.
- CPA or equivalent; BS in Accounting/Finance is a plus.
