Controllership AI & Automation Transformation Lead

📋 Description

• Define the AI transformation roadmap for Controllership.
• Identify and prioritize high-value AI automation opportunities across Controllership processes.
• Define scope, requirements, and ROI cases (hours saved, cycle-time).
• Partner with Finance Systems/IT/Engineering to deliver automation and AI tools.
• Build and validate analytics (SQL checks, reconciliation, KPI dashboards).
• Present transformation outcomes to leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Drive project execution: timelines, risks, dependencies, UAT coordination, rollout, stabilization.
• Serve as internal advisor on AI governance and adoption.
• Create documentation that supports SOX/audit readiness.
• Support change management: training, playbooks, and adoption monitoring.
• Stay current on AI capabilities and propose pragmatic pilots.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in data analytics, automation, or process transformation in Finance/Accounting/RevOps.
• Strong Python/SQL; BI tools such as Alteryx and Power Query.
• Experience using AI tooling (Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT) for finance solutions.
• Knowledge of data governance; understanding O2C, P2P, R2R; ASC 606 preferred.
• Project/program management: scoping, planning, execution, stakeholder alignment.
• Hands-on with LLM workflows and governance; familiarity with D365 and Microsoft Power Platform.
