📋 Description

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close; GAAP financials and reports.
• Lead with Gusto FBOS; coordinate with Finance and Ops leadership.
• Manage NetSuite partnerships and system integrations.
• Collaborate with Eng and Product on cost classification and asset tracking.
• Coordinate audits with external auditors and regulatory filings.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and internal controls.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as Controller or Senior Accounting Manager.
• Proficiency in corporate accounting and GAAP.
• NetSuite experience; strong finance systems partner.
• ASC 606 revenue recognition; ASC 350-40 IUS/CCA accounting.
• Experience with SaaS revenue and ARR reporting.
• Bachelor's degree; CPA preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
