📋 Description

• Lead accounting ops per GAAP and regulatory requirements
\n
• Own month-end close and FP&A data for variance analysis
\n
• Coordinate annual external audits and required filings
\n
• Oversee treasury operations and internal controls
\n
• Design and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets
\n
• Develop policies for procurement, payments, and donor funds
\n

🎯 Requirements

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
\n
• 8+ years accounting experience with audit exposure
\n
• Active CPA license
\n
• Experience managing audits and internal controls
\n
• ERP systems experience (NetSuite) and Salesforce
\n
• Strong collaboration with senior leaders on financial matters
\n
