Controller - Regional Headquarters

📋 Description

• Own month/year-end close; ensure accurate statements and local GAAP compliance
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions, reporting, and allocations
• Support local treasury and tax to meet compliance requirements
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures
• Collaborate with Corporate Finance on events impacting results and plans
• Support operational areas influencing international accounting activities (AP, assets, etc.)

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience and at least 3+ years of management experience
• Strong knowledge of SOCPA and IFRS, and financial consolidation
• Proficient with regular accounting practices and the ability to prepare and analyze financial statements
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent Arabic and English verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and large ERP systems, preferably SAP
