Monitor cash flow, burn rate, and runway; provide real-time liquidity views.
Establish disciplined month-end close; produce P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow.
Implement scalable financial systems and controls (billing, expense management) that scale.
Future focus: fundraising readiness, strategic modeling, and capital markets support.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years hands-on finance/accounting experience.
Experience in AdTech/MarTech or digital agencies; high-volume media pass-throughs.
0 to 1 builder: set up financial systems; hands-on, not delegation.
QuickBooks Online (or Xero) and Excel expert.
Fundraising literacy: Venture debt and equity financing basics.
Based in the Tri-State area (NY/NJ/CT).
