Controller / Director of Accounting

📋 Description

• Own the monthly close and US GAAP financial statements
• Manage journal entries, reconciliations, and analyses
• Lead external audits from planning through completion
• Oversee ASC 606 revenue recognition, ASC 718 stock compensation, ASC 842 leases
• Manage cash flow forecasting and banking relationships
• Build scalable accounting policies and internal controls

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years progressive accounting experience, incl. 3+ in management
• CPA required; Big 4/national firm preferred
• Deep US GAAP knowledge incl. ASC 606/718/842
• Hands-on NetSuite ERP experience
• Lead external audits from planning through completion
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
