📋 Description

• Lead audit readiness end-to-end: controls, docs, auditors, first external audit.
• Own SaaS accounting areas: revenue, commissions, M&A, leases, taxes, stock-based comp.
• Manage multi-entity, multi-currency accounting; intercompany, FX, compliance.
• Partner on international expansion: entity setup and operating model decisions.
• Lead monthly close process; target sub-5 business day close.
• Own accounting systems roadmap: ERP, revenue, close tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of progressive accounting, including senior roles at high-growth B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience getting a company audit ready and leading external audits.
• Strong technical accounting judgment in SaaS revenue, commissions, M&A, and multi-entity environments.
• Experience operating across international subsidiaries, currencies, and compliance regimes.
• Roll-up-your-sleeves mindset balancing strategy and execution.
• CPA strongly preferred.
