🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 10 years finance or accounting leadership experience
- Construction/plumbing/HVAC or project-based experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (required)
- CPA/CMA or equivalent credential preferred
- Job costing and WIP accounting
- Cash flow and working capital management
