Property and project accounting; support financial statements for portfolio properties.
Manage construction draw process using MRI property accounting software.
Prepare monthly financial statements and asset updates; assist with tax planning.
Perform monthly billing (reimbursable, fees, commissions) and income tracking.
Maintain investment income tracking (equity method) and investor distributions.
Assist treasury management and year-end processes (budgets, reconciliations, tax).

🎯 Requirements

BS/BA in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
Min 5 years in accounting/finance; real estate background preferred.
Proficiency with MRI, Yardi, Angus, QuickBooks, and MS Office.
Ability to learn new software quickly; strong attention to detail.
Exceptional communication, critical thinking; GAAP for real estate.
On-site five days a week.
