Controller

📋 Description

• Oversee accounting ops: GL, cost, revenue, AP, AR, fixed assets, close
• Ensure timely and accurate financial statements per US GAAP
• Develop and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures
• Support FP&A with budgeting, forecasting, and planning insights
• Collaborate with ops, supply chain, program mgmt, and external partners
• Manage annual audits and liaise with external auditors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/CMA preferred
• 8–12+ years in accounting/finance; multi-site/manufacturing with intl exp
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and internal control frameworks
• Experience in fast-growing, tech-enabled, or supply-chain envs
• Excel and finance modeling; BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik); ERP systems
• Ability to collaborate across departments, influence decisions, and lead teams
