- Review full-cycle accounting for funds, co-investments, and investments.
- Manage GL close: eliminations, accruals, invoices, and month-end reconciliations.
- Prepare/review fund/investment statements; liaison with Financial Reporting.
- Review lender reporting packages and pro-forma covenant calculations.
- Analyze fund/investment operations; apply distributions for incentives and returns in complex structures.
- Prepare/review contributions, distributions, and waterfall calculations for funds.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- 7-10 years of related experience.
- Knowledge of asset classes including real estate fund structures, PE fees, NAV.
- Prior fund accounting experience with full-cycle accounting using Yardi.
- Working knowledge of PE accounting ledger and Yardi system.
- Big 4 or public accounting experience preferred.
