Oversee accounting and financial reporting for 40+ entities and ~100 properties.
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting; build dashboards.
Build scalable, AI-assisted accounting systems and processes.
Oversee AP/AR, reconciliations, cash management, and lender reporting.
Develop SOPs, workflows, and a high-performance finance team.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years of accounting experience.
Significant experience managing accounting operations for a complex business.
Ability to lead an entire accounting and finance department across multiple entities.
Strong knowledge of financial statements, GL, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, controls.
Experience with real estate/property management accounting; AppFolio preferred.
CPA license strongly preferred; offshore accounting experience a plus.
