📋 Description

• Own accounting operations, GL, and close processes for SafeLease and Etude Capital
• Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements for both entities
• Design and maintain internal controls and policies that scale with growth
• Lead the annual audit; liaise with external auditors and tax advisors
• Build and mentor a high-performing accounting team; establish best practices
• Manage consolidated reporting across SafeLease and Etude Capital; intercompany eliminations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• Big Four background (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG) required
• Deep GAAP knowledge with financial reporting and internal controls; SOX experience preferred
• Experience managing accounting across multiple entities
• Consolidations, revenue recognition, investment accounting; insurance/fintech exp preferred
