📋 Description

• Own monthly/quarterly/annual close (target 5-8 days).
• Report tuition revenue, deferred revenue, and student financing.
• Ensure US GAAP compliance (ASC 606/718/842).
• Lead audits, controls, and regulatory reporting.
• Scale accounting systems and data integrity (NetSuite, Carta).
• Build and lead a high-performing accounting team.

🎯 Requirements

• CPA required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 12-15 years of progressive accounting experience.
• 5+ years in high-growth, venture-backed environments.
• Strong expertise in US GAAP and complex revenue recognition.
• Proven ownership of audits, close, and accounting systems.
