📋 Description

• Oversee accounting department operations.
• Run audits for the parent company and subsidiaries.
• Manage financial reporting and board materials quarterly.
• Assist with regulator and investor reporting.
• Strengthen internal controls and processes to protect assets.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable.

🎯 Requirements

• Over 10 years of accounting and/or auditing experience.
• Experience managing a small, high-performing team.
• Experience in SaaS or serving SaaS clients.
• In-depth understanding of GAAP.
• Experience with system implementations.
• CPA certification is required.
