📋 Description

• Lead financials for 15-20 startup clients in a multi-client setup.
• Oversee full-cycle accounting, month-end close, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance.
• Plan, direct, coordinate, and execute all financial management and consulting processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements: balance sheets, income statements, cash flow.
• Review work of accounting staff; provide final sign-off on the general ledger.
• Support due diligence for audits, fundraising, and M&A activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 8+ years of corporate accounting experience.
• Multi-client environment experience.
• Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost control.
• QuickBooks Online experience; MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Must work core business hours in local time (8am-5pm).
