📋 Description

• Review full-cycle accounting for funds, co-investments, ledgers and budgets.
• Close general ledger: eliminations, accruals, invoices, month-end.
• Prepare/review fund and investment financial statements.
• Review lender reporting and pro-forma covenant calculations.
• Analyze fund operations; apply distributions and waterfall.
• Assist with debt, treasury, audits, and tax preparation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 7-10 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of real estate fund structures and NAV.
• Fund accounting experience with Yardi platform.
• CPA or MBA/CFA or designation a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Pivot Tables, V-Lookups).
