📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and internal controls
• Lead accounting team with coaching and growth focus
• Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain internal policies
• Coordinate annual audit and liaison with external auditors
• Lead monthly close and cash-flow reporting
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations on quote-to-cash

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
• CPA preferred
• 10+ years accounting exp, 5+ years managing a team
• Hands-on NetSuite (ARM) admin, SFDC SKU mapping, Avalara exp preferred
• Startup experience; adaptable to changing priorities
• Experience managing audits and technical accounting aspects
