- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Lead transition from outsourced to in-house accounting
- Establish and maintain US GAAP-based policies and procedures
- Oversee general ledger, revenue recognition, accruals, reconciliations
- Partner with FP&A to align actuals, forecasts, and reporting
- Build scalable processes and collaborate across Finance and the company
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of accounting experience, private, venture-backed
- Strong command of US GAAP, hands-on financial statements
- Experience scaling companies from early to later stages
- Experience implementing or improving ERP (e.g., NetSuite)
- Experience managing audits with external auditors/tax advisors
- CPA or equivalent strongly preferred
