📋 Description

• Own the monthly close and general ledger, ensuring accurate, timely financials
• Oversee billing, revenue, AR, AP, and cash management with external partners
• Manage outsourced accounting and vendors to meet timelines/quality
• Own banking relationships and cash controls; ensure monthly compliance
• Coordinate payroll through external vendor; ensure accuracy and compliance
• Own commissions and entries for Sales and CS

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in accounting/finance incl. Controller roles
• SaaS/tech/VC-backed with lean finance experience
• Hands-on accounting: AP, payroll, revenue, GL
• Cap tables/equity administration (Carta ideal)
• Experience with Bill.com, Ramp, Zip, cloud accounting
• Banking relationships, credit facilities, audits
