Maintain strong financial controls for GAAP-compliant statements.
Own monthly reporting with variance analysis across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
Primary contact for internal and external audits.
Partner with Global Finance and cross-functional teams for forecasting and improvements.

🎯 Requirements

CPA required
BA/BS in Accounting or Finance required; MBA preferred
8+ years in accounting or controllership (public/private)
Experience managing financial reporting under GAAP
Strong communication across stakeholders and functions
