Controller

📋 Description

• Oversee GL, cost accounting, revenue recognition, AP/AR, fixed assets.
• Ensure timely, accurate financial statements per US GAAP.
• Develop and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Support FP&A with budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
• Collaborate with ops, supply chain, program mgmt, and partners to improve margins.
• Manage annual audits and liaison with external auditors.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA CMA preferred.
• 8–12+ years in accounting/finance; 3–4 yrs public; multi-site and intl exp preferred.
• Strong US GAAP and internal controls knowledge.
• Experience in fast-growing tech or supply-chain org desirable.
• Excel and financial modeling; BI tools Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Sisense.
• Cross-functional collaboration; influence decisions; strong people leadership.
• Onsite in Fremont, CA or Indianapolis, IN.
