Drive month-end close; prepare journals; reconcile balance sheet; analyze variances.
Lead external audit liaison; assign requests; provide supporting documents.
Oversee tax reporting; coordinate with tax services on state/federal taxes.
Ensure technical accounting knowledge and policy compliance.
Lead and develop the accounting team; manage performance.
Perform ad-hoc accounting projects and analyses that may become standard processes.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in accounting/finance.
CPA or CFA license required.
U.S. GAAP, PCAOB, and SOX knowledge.
Experience with external auditors.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; highly preferred.
