📋 Description

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close and consolidation.
• Ensure timely financial statements for decision-making and reporting needs.
• Maintain strong internal controls and robust accounting documentation.
• Lead GAAP interpretation and impact analysis on statements and forecasts.
• Partner with CFO, auditors, and cross-functional teams on end-to-end accounting.
• Provide practical cost accounting, inventory visibility, and margin insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10 years progressive accounting exp; 3+ yrs in mgmt.
• Deep NetSuite expertise: optimization, reporting, admin.
• Strong GAAP and financial reporting knowledge.
• Inventory-based, omni-channel exp.
• Manufacturing and cost accounting exp preferred.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• Design scalable accounting processes and internal controls.
• Experience managing audits and external partnerships.
• Player-coach mindset; strategic and tactical.
