- Lead accounting operations across the MGA and surplus lines carrier.

- Manage statutory reporting and regulatory filings: NAIC Schedules F, P, D, T; RBC; IRIS.
- Oversee MGA accounting, premium trust, and MGA-to-carrier reporting cycles.
- Design and maintain internal controls and financial policies (SOX-style).
- Lead audits with external auditors and tax advisers.
🎯 Requirements
- Insurance carrier experience across MGA and surplus lines or admitted carrier.
- SAP and NAIC reporting experience, including NAIC Annual Statement oversight.
- Big Four background in audit/assurance.
- CPA designation; Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance.
- 7+ years progressive accounting and finance experience.
- Deep expertise in US GAAP and SAP; bridging entries knowledge.
