Oversee preparation of accurate financial statements and core accounting ops.
Lead AP/AR/GL, payroll, revenue, commissions, and tax duties.
Manage accounting team; mentor Senior Accountant; coordinate with outsourced FP&A.
Manage monthly and quarterly financial reporting; communicate performance to CEO and board.
Drive process improvements and internal controls to scale operations.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal for data.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
7+ years progressive accounting with supervisory leadership.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
NetSuite or similar; Google/Microsoft Suite; Ramp/Salesforce a plus.
Mortgage industry experience is a plus.
Proven ability to streamline processes and improve systems.
