Controller

📋 Description

• Oversee GL, cost, revenue, AP/AR, fixed assets, close.
• Ensure timely, accurate US GAAP financial statements.
• Develop, implement internal controls and standardized procedures.
• Support FP&A with budgeting, forecasting, and insights.
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, PM, and partners to improve margins.
• Lead annual audits and liaison with external auditors.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CMA preferred.
• 8–12+ years in accounting/finance; 3–4 yrs public accounting.
• Experience in multi-site or manufacturing/supply chain with international exposure.
• US GAAP and internal controls expertise.
• Experience in fast-growing tech or supply chain organizations desirable.
• Excel, financial modeling; BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik); ERP; UKG a plus.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership.
