- Own accounting, payroll, tax filing, invoicing, and payments via QuickBooks.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements and notes.
- Coordinate external audits of financial statements and notes.
- Establish, implement and monitor policies, practices and internal controls.
- Ensure taxes are filed on time.
- Forecast and manage cash receipts and disbursements.
🎯 Requirements
- Growth-stage startup/eCommerce/Marketplace experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Prior Big 4 accounting firm experience required.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge plus working tax knowledge.
- Expert knowledge of US GAAP.
- Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks (QBO experience preferred).
