Own accounting function end-to-end; close books on time with audit trail
Build scalable processes: AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets, equity
Manage tech stack (QuickBooks/Intacct, Salesforce, Rillet, Ramp) and drive automation
Own revenue recognition under ASC 606
Own and manage the external audit
Partner with Sales Ops on quote-to-cash for ARR reporting and commissions

🎯 Requirements

7–10 years of progressive accounting experience in SaaS or subscription businesses
Built processes, not inherited them
Strong US GAAP, ASC 606, SaaS accounting (ARR, deferred revenue)
Experience owning the external audit
Hands-on with tools — comfortable with Rillet, Ramp, and Salesforce
Automation mindset; actively reduce manual work
