📋 Description

• Manage month-end close, AR/AP, payroll, revenue, COGS, inventory, audits.
• Oversee general accounting, financial statements and management reporting.
• Develop and enforce policies and internal controls.
• Lead accounting team; collaborate with operations, regulatory and executives.
• Create KPI dashboards translating financial data into insights.
• Bay Area preferred; other locations may apply.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred.
• 8+ years accounting; 2+ years as Assistant Controller or higher.
• Strong GAAP technical accounting knowledge.
• Healthcare industry experience, ideally medical devices, preferred.
• Experience with Medicare payer types.
• Proven ability to build and lead accounting teams and scale operations.
