📋 Description

• Lead accounting operations: GL, revenue recognition, fixed assets, leases.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close across entities and product lines.
• Drive systems evolution: automation, AI, and ERP optimization for accuracy, efficiency, scalability.
• Design and strengthen internal controls and policies for SOX and long-term scalability.
• Partner with Legal, FP&A, Operations, Supply Chain, Treasury on strategic decisions.
• Manage external auditors and oversee annual audits and quarterly reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive accounting in a high-growth technology company.
• Experience operating in or preparing for public-company standards.
• Deep US GAAP expertise, including revenue recognition, fixed assets, leases.
• Strong internal controls and SOX compliance knowledge.
• Proven ability to build and scale accounting teams in fast-moving environments.
• CPA required; Big 4 background strongly preferred.
