🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years accounting experience with at least 2+ years in leadership.
- Prior construction, contracting, or related industry strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, GL accounting, and internal controls.
- Experience with accounting software and advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Familiarity with construction accounting systems (Buildops, Sage, Procore) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
