📋 Description

  • Oversee general accounting functions: GL, reconciliations, month-end close.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records and reporting.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Oversee Billing, AR & AP; invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.
  • Payroll processing and HR support; compliance with regulations.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years accounting experience with at least 2+ years in leadership.
  • Prior construction, contracting, or related industry strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, GL accounting, and internal controls.
  • Experience with accounting software and advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Familiarity with construction accounting systems (Buildops, Sage, Procore) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
