Controller

📋 Description

• Oversee accounting operations: GL, consolidations, revenue, assets, leases, equity
• Lead monthly/quarterly/annual closes; ensure timely, audit-ready reporting per US GAAP
• Strengthen governance and internal controls to scale with growth
• Lead accounting integration of growth initiatives into HealthVerity systems
• Oversee ASC 606, ASC 842, ASC 805, debt accounting
• Liaise with external auditors and lead annual financial audit

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; CPA required
• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Controller/Assistant Controller experience in SaaS/tech
• Experience leading accounting during rapid growth or integration
• Deep expertise in ASC 606 revenue recognition
• Hands-on NetSuite or comparable ERP systems
