Lead accounting function for a growing HVAC services organization.
Oversee all accounting operations including GL, revenue recog, AR/AP, and payroll.
Own monthly financial close and ensure timely reporting.
Strengthen internal controls and GAAP compliance.
Build and develop a high-performing accounting team.
Design scalable accounting processes and SOPs across the function.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
7+ years progressive accounting experience.
3+ years in Controller, Assistant Controller, or senior accounting leadership.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
Proven experience owning and managing the full month-end close process.
Experience with QuickBooks Online and/or NetSuite (preferred)
