Controller

📋 Description

• Manage and develop a high-performing accounting team with clear ownership
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close and consolidation cycle
• Lead US GAAP consolidated financial statements and exec reporting packages
• Manage external audits, coordinating timing and audit committee materials
• Develop internal controls to ensure US GAAP, IFRS and local GAAP compliance
• Partner with FP&A, Legal, HR, Procurement to align reporting with priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years leading large accounting teams in medium/large orgs
• Proven US GAAP expertise incl. consolidations of international entities
• Strong analytical skills to interpret needs and drive solutions
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• CPA required (Active or Inactive)
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
