📋 Description

• Manage and develop a high-performing accounting team with clear ownership.
• Own monthly/quarterly/annual close and consolidation; reduce cycle time.
• Lead US GAAP consolidated statements and executive reporting.
• Manage external audit relationships, timing, and committee materials.
• Develop internal controls to ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance.
• Provide strategic financial insights via KPI tracking and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years leading large accounting teams in medium/large orgs.
• US GAAP expertise incl. international consolidations.
• ERP experience; SAP preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA required (active or inactive).
• Visa sponsorship not available; US work authorization.
