🎯 Requirements
- 15+ years in finance/accounting with audit in high-growth
- Bachelor’s degree required; CPA (or equivalent) required
- Big 4 experience strongly preferred
- Deep GAAP knowledge and complex accounting (revenue, leases, M&A)
- Proven ability to build scalable close processes and controls
- Experience leading ERP implementations and multi-entity consolidations
